Dananjaya will share the inside stories, the finer points and the lessons learnt off the stage that lead to his victory. Dananjaya is the CEO of Standard and Stellar Consulting, A specialised HRD company operating in the Asia Pacific Region. He started his career at Virtusa Inc. as a HRD specialist focusing on top talent management and development. He went on to head the Human Resource function at Aeturnum Inc., another US based IT service organisation. At the peak of his career Dananjaya discovered his passion for Speaking. Putting theory to practice he embarked on a 10 year journey to develop his skill for communication and public speaking. In 2014 Dananjaya became the Toastmasters International World Champion of Public Speaking, the world’s largest public speaking contest. Surpassing over 33,000 contestants from over 140 countries across the world. Today Dananjaya works across multiple geographies as a Consultant, motivational speaker and coach focusing on Peak Potential, Competency Development and Communication in Leadership and Sales. His award winning speech “ I See Something in You” was ranked as one of the most talked about speeches in 2014 by Fortune Magazine alongside Nobel Peace Prize Winner Malala Yousafzai’s acceptance speech & Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg’s speech delivered at Harvard University.
In 2016 Dananjaya was the keynote speaker at the Rotary International Conference in Seoul, Korea. where he addressed over 35,000 leaders from across the world , In 2017 he was a keynote speaker at the International Business Forum in Georgia alongside Marshall Goldsmith, Kevin Gaskel and Sean Fitzpatrick.
Dananjaya is an avid ballroom dancer, a father of three boys and passionate toastmaster.

Mark has significant leadership experience in the corporate world, including serving on the boards of entrepreneurial organisations. These leadership positions require strong influencing skills and Mark is able to share what strategies work in today’s world.
Mark has won multiple State public speaking titles, represented District 70 at the World Championship of Public Speaking finals in Calgary, CA and co-presented at the 2008 Toastmasters International Convention in Phoenix, AZ.
Mark also appears as a guest speaker, delivering keynotes on influencing and confidence building.
