Area 27 will be conducting all 4 contests on one day.

Venue: Uni of Canberra Campus, Building 9, Level A, Room 1 (Theatrette)

Cost: FREE

Please note that admission to the contest is free, so please encourage friends, family and community attend and support. We will be holding raffles in the morning and afternoon, with a number of great prizes, and donations are also gratefully accepted.

Time: 10:00-16:00

Judge, Competitor and Volunteer briefings will begin promptly at 10:00. Order for contests is: Humorous, Table Topics, Evaluation and International. Results will be announced at the end of each contest, with a lunch break between the Table Topics and Evaluation contests. An agenda will be available just before and on the day of the contest.

Location: University of Canberra Campus

Building 9, Level A, Room 1, (Theatrette)

Please see the attached map. Your closest access will be from the College Avenue entrance, with the closest parking lots being located on Bimbimbie Street and Kirinari Street. Parking is available on the University of Canberra campus, and is free of charge on Sundays.

Food and Drink: Brown Bag/Potluck

All attendees who wish to stay for lunch are asked to "bring a plate" - a food item to share during lunch. One or two attendees could bring paper goods (cups, plates, cutlery) or drinks instead, but if you wish to do so, please contact area27@d70toastmasters.org.au in advance. If you have dietary restrictions, you are advised to bring your own food, as campus restaurants are closed over the weekend, although there are restaurants and fast food available at the shops in Bruce and Belconnen, between 5-15 minutes away by car.
